Review: This is my go-to Thai restaurant. Living in Hell’s Kitchen means that your go-to is Thai food, but the difficulty lies in choosing your favorite out of the seven or more that stand on just 9th ave alone. Room Service (which also has a location in Chelsea that I’ve yet to visit) offers the ambiance, service, and most importantly, food quality we are all looking for. My only complaint is the often long waits and inability to reserve. Also, note their “outdoor seating” is a single table that sits on 9th ave. But try the Chicken Massaman or Drunken Roadside Noodles – classics without fail. The cocktails are tasty too.
